Caring for your Femme Tasse period pants is easy. After each use, rinse them in cold water to remove excess blood. Once rinsed, machine wash on a 30 degree cycle and hang to dry! Avoid using fabric conditioner or bleach as this dulls our leakproof technology.

Choosing the right absorbency depends on your individual flow. Femme Tasse offers different absorbency levels to accommodate various needs, such as light, medium, and heavy flow. 

Each absorbency level is equivalent to the following number of tampons used per day:

Heavy: 3-4 tampons
