Effective July 2025
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on worn or opened period panties.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your item is:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• And returned within 14 days of delivery
We’re happy to offer:
• An exchange for another size or style, or
• A full refund to your original payment method.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
